All three I had feed and functioned just fine and locked the slide back everytime. I used hertiers 115gr 9mm FMJ. The Kimber wins points as the better looking of the two, better trigger and overall less hard edges, making it slightly better for EDC. Mine also has Crimson Trace laser grip so that’s a bonus if you like lasers..
