I was against this (I read a lot of posts about how it was a waste of time) until I saw pop shrooms video on YouTube then I was kinda kicking myself for buying all that rye berry and pressure cooker especially for my first grow. But UB is so prone to contam at least 1 put of every 3-4 bags I've nocc'd up has resulted in contam (some salvageable some not).
